2010

Foundation

Foundation of Shri Radhakrishna Exports (Unit-I)

The journey of R.K. Group began in 2010 with the incorporation of Shri Radhakrishna Exports, Unit-I, marking a significant milestone in the textile industry. The initial setup comprised 28 Air Jet Looms (Tsudakoma Zax 9100), providing a strong foundation for high-quality production.

2014

Expansion

Expansion to Unit-II

In 2014, we expanded our operations with Unit-II, adding 24 high-speed Air Jet Looms (Tsudakoma Zax 9200i), running at 1100 RPM. This expansion allowed us to double our production capacity, enabling us to cater to a wider range of markets with enhanced efficiency.

2016

Warping and Sizing Facilities

In-House Warping & Sizing Facilities

To streamline our production and improve quality control, we introduced advanced in-house warping and sizing facilities in 2016. The addition of 2 Jupiter and 1 Karl Mayer warping machines and 1 Jupiter and 1 Karl Mayer sizing units enabled us to have complete control over the key stages of fabric production.

2018

Further Growth

Further Growth with Unit-III

In 2018, we took another leap forward with the establishment of Unit-III, which included 36 Air Jet Looms (Picanol Omni PLUS Summon 800) of 190cm width, incorporating Dobbies. This unit significantly enhanced our production capacity and introduced more diverse fabric designs and patterns.

2021-2022

Technological Leap

Cutting-Edge Jacquard Technology

In 2021 and 2022, we took our fabric innovation to the next level by incorporating 40 advanced Jacquard machines for selvedge purposes in Unit-I and Unit-II. These machines enabled us to further elevate our product offerings in the market.

2024

Advanced Expansion

Advanced Expansion with Unit-IV

2024 has seen a significant upgrade to Unit-IV, where we added 36 Air Jet Looms (Picanol I Connect) with 220cm width, equipped with the latest Smart Shed and CAM technology. This expansion not only improved our production capabilities but also enhanced the efficiency and precision of our fabric manufacturing process.

Future-Ready Growth

Looking ahead, we are preparing for an exciting upcoming project with the addition of 24 Air Jet Looms (250cm). These looms will feature Smart Shed and CAM technologies, ensuring that we stay at the forefront of textile innovation and maintain our position as a leader in the industry.
